What inspired us to open Mates Gym is our focus on great customer service. Our experience within the fitness industry showed, while gym members with personal trainers enjoyed far superior customer service experience and rest of the members were mostly clueless about even the basic beginning in the gym. We decided to do something about it and just like our name “Mates” Gym, we made it our mission to improve every member’s gym experience guided and informative.
